One word

Earlier this month, my good friend Jen of Jen in Wonderland posted about her word for 2013, which she decided would be brave. Her post got me thinking about what my word might be, and I soon came up with the word create.

The word encompasses many things for me, from the idea of doing more DIY projects to becoming a healthier individual. In general, I'd just like to make 2013 a more creative year, on all fronts.

Jen's post also pushed me to seek out some inspiring art involving or hinting at my word. I hope you might be able to use some of this to inspire yourself to a more creative 2013 as well!

Do you have a word that describes your aspirations for 2013?

  2. I like the Neil Gaiman quote a lot. I'm getting late with this, but have been thinking about words. Maybe my word will have to be for 11 months only...

    1. Neil Gaiman's the best. And that's fine! As long as it's something that resounds with you, that's all that matters. :)

  4. I don't have a word, but three, which I Instagram'd but never blogged about after considering Jen's post.

    Those three words are:

Grow (the parts of my life I want to improve), Move (toward the things I want), Be (content).

    Grow, move, be. Simple.

    :)
