30 Days of Lists II: Days three through nine

Day three:

People I love: John Martin Colt Curtis Reed, my parents, my sister-in-law, brother-in-law and niece, my mother-in-law, my friends, my other family, my dog: Mrs. Mollie Weasley, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, others who show respect, make me laugh, are kind, make me a better person.

Day four:

Things to do on a Sunday morning: Sleep in, go out for a late breakfast, catch-up on the week's DVRed shows, start the laundry, cuddle on the couch, plan for the day's grocery shopping, eventually fold clothes, maybe exercise while Colt's on a ride, shower.

Day five:

I need an app for ...: Making healthy meals, remembering what I forget to remember, making the most of the clothes I already have in my closet, transporting me to places both near and far away, adding an hour to the day when I'm having fun, making money, pouring me a fresh skinny vanilla latte, mind reading (mine and others'!).

Day six:

Favorite color combinations: Red, yellow and blue; red, yellow and purple; yellow and grey; red and turquoise; navy, white and red; turquoise and brown; olive and brown; various shades of blue together; gold, silver and bronze; white, black and red; brown and gold; white and silver; red and gold; yellow and brown; neons and neutrals.

Day seven:

I'm not very good at ...: Remembering things unless I write them down, math, exercising, keeping (the not-so-secret) secrets, knitting, saying the proper direction to turn, dealing with stress, keeping in touch with friends and family who live far away, turning off the light before getting into bed, finishing projects, flossing daily, budgeting.

Day eight:

Things that remind me of my childhood: The San Francisco 49ers, Barbies and Quints dolls, sleepovers, stuffed animals, 'N Sync and other boy bands, the colors purple and green together, Harry Potter, Star Wars extended universe novels, cats, Disney movies, particularly The Lion King and Beauty and the Beast, bacon and eggs.

Day nine:

Weekend plans: Enjoy the last two days of vacation, trip to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, trip to see the sights of San Francisco, make sure my fantasy players are doing well (*fingers crossed*), sleep in some, hang with the Dad and the Boy, hit up H&M, drink coffee, eat food that isn't really on my diet, revel in the coolish weather, fly home to Austin.

Happy weekend, all!

  2. I like that silver nail polish. Lots! And I am happy you also seem to be somebody who likes writing fairly long lists. I saw that some other people's are quite concise, and was ready to accuse myself of rambling... But now I'm all "Yay for long lists"! :o)

  3. Thanks, Annika! And yeah, I always have to fill up my page. It's not a huge notebook either, so I feel like I need to put effort into the things I include. :)
