Wednescellany

I made up a word. It's hard to pronounce. But Wednesday Miscellany just doesn't have the same ring to it as Monday Miscellany, now does it.

First up, the darling Miss Cuppy tagged me to do a handwriting post. You've seen plenty of my handwriting (I think) on my weekly 30 Lists roundups, but I'm never one to turn down a fun little task.

1. Name.
2. Blog URL.
3. The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.
4. Favorite quote.
5. Favorite song. ( I am never good at questions like this, or favorite movie.)
6. Favorite band right now.
7. How you feel about your handwriting.

(I'm not tagging anyone to do it, but if you'd like to do it too, please do!)

Speaking of handwriting, and Cuppy, would any of you be interested in being snail mail pen pals? Cuppy asked me to be hers a little while ago, and I've found that I really enjoy the lost art of writing a letter. I can't promise I'll always be super fast in responding, but I'd love to have more people to write to, and recieve letters from!

Leave your e-mail address in the comments, or e-mail me, and we'll exchange addresses. International pen pals are welcome!

Tish from sugar + razor blades honored me with a Versatile Blogger Award. It was super sweet of her to think of me. She's quite the versatile blogger, and filmmaker, herself! Plus, it's super good fun to discuss British TV with her.

I've updated the Connect page at the top of my blog to include links on other places you can find me on the Internets, including Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, Instagram, Words with Friends (iPhone version), Goodreads, Flickr and Facebook. A little note on FB: If I don't know you, or you haven't occasionally commented on my blog, I reserve the right not to friend you until we get to know each other a little better.

And finally, here's a couple of pictures of Mrs. Mollie Weasley, just because she is adorable. (I'm going to do a picspam one of these days. Ready yourself.)

Hope everyone's having a good week!

  1. Oh my lanta. First of all, I love your handwriting. Most people's handwriting annoys me. Yours does not.
Secondly, I just became someone's penpal from Boston. I WANT TO BE YOUR PENPAL! haha ;) I love mail, and I love writing to people, but too often I get distracted and end up not writing. If I have a PENPAL, I'll have a specific purpose!
    AND ALSO, Mollie Weasley?!?! Awesome!
