obsessed.: Castle

If you're not a fan of Castle (shame on you) or haven't yet seen last night's episode, BE WARNED. There be spoilers below.

I've been a fan of Castle from the get-go, as I think Nathan Fillion can pretty much do no wrong. I love the chemistry between Rick and Kate, and the rest of the backing ensemble cast is so fantastic; I'm so glad Ryan and Esposito are getting a little bit more air time this season, and Martha and Alexis are just adorable whenever they show up. The show's a perfect mix of silly and serious.

But ho-ly bajeezus, you guys, last night's episode was beyond good.

The deepening mystery surrounding Kate's mom's murder. Rick admitting to Martha that it's not about the books anymore. Rick taking that dude out. Kate gently fixing Rick's bandage. The fake drunken swagger.

The KISS.

I am so excited to see where it goes from here.

  2. He really is such a dreamboat. ;) I have trouble deciding if I would want to date him, be his friend, or have him as a dad, haha.

  3. The only real downside was that the bad guy really felt a little bit too incompetent for being as deeply hidden as he had been.

  4. So what is exactly is Castle about? I don't watch it, I know, but be kind, I don't watch tv. I just wait until everything comes out on DVD and watch it then.

  5. DT-You are right; I think I was caught up in the kiss, haha!

H-Basically, it's about a fiction writer who goes into a police precinct for "research" purposes and ends up becoming the person he's researching's "partner". And no worries, you know I don't judge ... too much. ;)

  7. Oh yay!!! You got rid of that word verification thing for commenting!!! I love that. I hate word verification. I don't even do it on my own blog. After they started doing a better job of getting rid of spammers, I was like, begone you word verification.

  8. Yeah, it really wasn't doing much other than to bother commenters, haha. I figure if I start getting loads of spam, I'll just turn on moderation. :) "Work" for me, not you.
