obsessed: iPhone 4

I've been an Apple user since before birth. (My mom worked at Apple in the 80s.) I've never owned anything but Apple computers. We had a Macintosh IIe, a Performa, I went to college with an iMac clamshell:

(This thing had 4 GB of hard drive space! Imagine that!)

And I have had two different iMac desktops since then. I've had various iPods. Until last night, however, I had yet to get on the iPhone bandwagon.

Boy, was I missing out.
(So. Pretty.)

Thanks to my dad's generosity/an early wedding present, Colt and I both were able to upgrade to these babies.

I know, I know. It's silly to get all fangirly over a piece of technology, and everyone and their brother seems to have an iPhone these days. But there's reason for me to be obsessed., at least. I love Apple products; I love fancy newfangled technology. I won't try to pressure anyone into switching from a PC or whichever form of technology they prefer, but I will tell you that I've had pretty much nothing but good experiences being a Mac.

I've downloaded a couple of apps so far—Hipstamatic, Incredibooth and Words With Friends (I'm mandustries on there, if you'd like to play!). Are there any other apps I just can't live without?

  1. It's amazing!

Also, I'd like to say that I am pretty impressed with iBooks on the iPhone. I mean, it makes me want an iPad even more, but it's more than passable even on that tiny screen.

AppBox is also pretty cool. It's one app with a whole bunch of stuff bundled in. Most of it you won't ever use, but there's some pretty nifty stuff in there.
