Nerd News: Lucas Lee, Torchwood, A Very Harry Potter Musical and more

Vol. 1, Issue 10

(Not a lot of stuff for you today, loves, and for that I apologize. This week's been nutso, and I just haven't found/made the time to search as well as I usually do. I'll try better next week, I promise.)

These Lucas Lee posters are brilliant. (Side note: I kind of heart Chris Evans more each time I see him in something. He just seems like he loves what he does and is OK with making fun of himself.)

This is an interesting story on "real-life" superheroes.

Are you ready for Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark? This could be really, really awesome ... or really, really bad.

Speaking of musicals, how have I not seen this?

I must find the time to watch the rest of the first part ... and there's a sequel too!

YAY: The new Torchwood reboot gets a title (and a plot synopsis from Russell T. Davies). The idea of a "reboot" frightens me a bit, as it doesn't really need to be rebooted. They just need to pick back up, with Gwen having had her bebe, and then bring Jack back. Time will tell.

Love this image.

Gotta love the people who thought up sticking 500 nerds with lightsabers together.

I would totally take my yellow modded lightsaber (yes, I have one) to an event like this.

Don't forget to check out the Perseid Meteor Shower tonight if you're up late like I'm gonna be. Scott Pilgrim vs. The World midnight premiere (Colt and I are hard-core.)! Woo!

  1. I want to see your lightsaber! (I guess that could be taken the wrong way, hahaha)

    But seriously. Picture?

  2. Haha! I will get you a photo. I don't think there are any at the moment ... :D
